I started creating functional art professionally over 25 years ago. I have found the hardest part has always been communicating to clients what I do, and what services I can provide. When asked, "Can you make this?" I never wanted to tell a client "no". This led to half a life's journey of practical education in many artistic mediums. Now when a client asks me, "Have ever made anything like this before?" I like to say, "no, but here is a whole portfolio full of things I have never made before".
